Terms of sale and website use
Last updated: 14th September 2026
1. About us and these terms
This website is operated by Tech Fusion Products, trading as Fusion Flow, of 10 Southway, Salisbury, SP5 3AA, United Kingdom. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Tech Fusion Products.
These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place through it. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you confirm that you accept them.
Where you are buying as a consumer, these terms are subject to your statutory rights, which they do not affect. Where you are buying in the course of a business, section 12.4 applies instead of section 12.3.
The store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform on which it runs.
2. When a contract is formed
Placing an order is an offer to buy. It does not create a contract.
A contract comes into existence when we send you an email confirming that your order has been accepted and is entering production. If we cannot accept your order — because the item is unavailable, because of an error in the price or description, or because we are unable to meet a delivery address — we will tell you and refund any sum paid in full.
3. Price and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and are those displayed at the time you place your order. We are not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. Delivery charges are shown separately before you confirm the order.
We take reasonable care to price the products correctly. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you before accepting the order, and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel. Where an error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as a mispricing, we are not obliged to supply at the incorrect price.
Payment is taken by card at checkout. Card payments are handled by our payment providers, and we do not hold your card details.
4. Delivery, risk and title
We currently only deliver within the United Kingdom.
Lead times quoted on the site are estimates given in good faith. We build units in small batches, and delivery dates are not guaranteed. Where a batch is delayed, we will tell you before the estimated date rather than after it. If delivery is delayed by more than 30 days beyond the estimate, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Accessories and spare parts are held in stock and are dispatched from stock rather than built to order.
Goods are at our risk until they are delivered to the address you gave us.
5. Cancellation, returns and refunds
Your rights to cancel and return are set out in our Cancellations, returns and refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.
In summary: as a consumer you may cancel at any time from ordering until 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason, and you then have 14 days to return the goods. Nothing in these terms restricts that right.
6. Your rights if something is wrong
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods supplied to a consumer must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you have the right to reject them within 30 days of delivery, and rights to repair, replacement or a refund after that.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits those rights.
7. The product, and what you need to tell us
Fusion Flow is an accessory that carries a powerhead you already own. It is not a pump and does not supply flow on its own.
Fit depends on measurements you provide. The tank dimensions published on this site are derived from manufacturers' figures rather than measured by us, and are given as guidance. You are responsible for measuring your own tank and confirming that the model you order will fit it. Where you send us measurements and we advise on a size, that advice is given in good faith on the basis of the information supplied.
Pump compatibility. The pumps listed on the compatible pumps page are those we have tested. Where a pump is not listed, we will advise on compatibility if you send us the details, but we cannot guarantee fitment for equipment we have not handled.
Installation. The unit clamps to the tank rim and requires clearance above the rim and behind the tank, both of which are published. Installation is your responsibility, and the unit must be installed as described in the instructions supplied.
Netting. The unit occupies space that a full net cover would otherwise occupy. Where you keep species that may jump, adapting the netting is your responsibility, and we set out the options on the site before purchase.
Not a life-support system. This is aquarium equipment, not life-support equipment. It should not be relied upon as the sole means of maintaining water movement, and you should maintain the monitoring and redundancy appropriate to your livestock.
The product can fail. It is a mechanical device with a drive belt, a bearing, a stepper motor and an external power supply, and any of those can fail in service. The control firmware is written so that a fault in the control system results in continued movement rather than a stopped carriage; that is a design principle applied to software faults, and it cannot prevent a mechanical failure, a power interruption, or a failure of the pump itself. You should therefore assume that the carriage may stop without warning, and arrange your aquarium so that this is not harmful to your livestock — by retaining other means of water movement, and by monitoring the tank as you would any other item of equipment.
8. Warranty
We warrant that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from delivery.
The warranty does not cover fair wear and tear, damage caused by accident, misuse, modification or installation other than as instructed, or service parts that have reached the end of their working life. The bearing is a consumable service part, and its expected service intervals are published on the compatible pumps page.
This warranty is in addition to your legal rights as a consumer and does not affect them.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, photographs, video and drawings, is owned by us or licensed to us, and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
The product is the subject of UK patent application GB2619546.1 and of UK registered designs 6548662 to 6548668. Nothing on this site, and nothing in the sale of a unit, grants any licence under those rights. Purchase of a product does not confer any right to reproduce its design or to manufacture equivalents.
10. Feedback and suggestions
We welcome feedback, and we read all of it. However, if you send us an idea, suggestion or proposed improvement, whether requested or not, you agree that we may use it without restriction, without obligation of confidence, and without any payment to you.
This is not an attempt to acquire anything of yours. It exists so that a suggestion that happens to coincide with work already underway does not become a dispute. If you have an idea you consider commercially valuable, do not send it to us through this site — write to us first and we will agree terms before either of us says anything further.
11. Use of this website
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You must not use it to transmit malicious code, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any server connected to it, to collect personal data belonging to others, or to scrape, harvest or reproduce its content systematically.
We may withdraw or suspend access to the site at any time, and we do not guarantee that it will be available uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Our liability
12.1 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
12.2 We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is obvious that it will happen, or if at the time the contract was made both parties knew it might happen.
12.3 Consumers. We are not liable for loss or damage that was not foreseeable, or that arises from installation or use other than in accordance with the instructions supplied, or from a failure to maintain the product as described.
12.4 Business customers. Where you buy in the course of a business, we exclude all implied terms to the extent permitted by law; we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity, and our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for that order.
12.5 Livestock and other consequential loss. The product is sold on the basis set out in section 7: that it is not life-support equipment, that it must not be the sole means of maintaining water movement in your aquarium, and that the carriage may stop without warning. Where loss of livestock or other consequential loss arises because the product was relied upon as the sole means of maintaining flow, or because the redundancy and monitoring described in section 7 were not in place, that loss is not one for which we are responsible.
This paragraph does not affect your rights under section 6 in respect of a product that is faulty, your rights under our returns policy, or our liability under paragraphs 12.1 and 12.2.
13. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform where it is caused by an event outside our reasonable control, including supply failure, carrier disruption, fire, flood, power failure or equipment failure. Where such an event occurs we will contact you as soon as possible and the delivery estimate will be extended by the length of the delay. Where the delay exceeds 30 days you may cancel and receive a full refund.
14. Personal data
Personal data collected through this site is handled as set out in our Privacy policy.
15. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms from time to time. The version applying to your order is the one published when you placed it, and amendments do not apply retrospectively.
16. General
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. These terms are between you and us, and no other person has any right to enforce them.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your own courts. Nothing here removes the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country in which you live.
18. Complaints and contact
Questions or complaints about these terms, an order, or the product should be sent to info@fusionflow.store, and we will respond within 3 working days.
We do not currently subscribe to an alternative dispute resolution scheme.
